Each of the two OSFP tails carries 400G using four 100G-PAM4 lanes. The head carries 800G in aggregate.
What is its thermal construction?
It has a finned twin-port OSFP head and flat single-port OSFP tails. It is not the -FLT version.
Can the tails plug into BlueField-3 QSFP112 cages?
No. NVIDIA’s use-case guidance distinguishes OSFP ConnectX-7 tails from QSFP112 endpoints. Choose the cable ending in the actual host form factor.
What does P-Rel mean in this record?

Where does forward error correction take place?
