Information, selection and RFQ

Catalog information and selection tools help review exact models and project requirements. Host, firmware, FEC, cabling, licenses and included configuration must be checked for the actual application. AI assistance does not constitute human confirmation or authorization.

Submitting an RFQ requests a review of your requirements. It does not form a purchase contract, reserve inventory, approve credit or arrange shipment. Confirm a transaction using the acceptance method and validity stated in the quotation. Product, payment, shipping, warranty and return terms are set out in the sales policies and the specific quotation.

Accounts and submitted materials

Keep contact information needed for response and fulfillment accurate and protect your login credentials. Have appropriate authority when submitting on behalf of a company or another person. Do not put system passwords, access keys or unrelated sensitive information in ordinary chat or inquiry fields.

Submitting drawings, configurations or project materials supports the relevant request. It does not automatically authorize public case studies, advertising, resale or model training. Remote access and configuration changes require a separately defined scope and authorization.

Content and third-party names

Third-party brands, trademarks and model names identify relevant products or technology and belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not establish affiliation, authorization or compatibility with every host.

Photos, illustrations, specifications and source notes are used within their stated scope. A series image does not establish the exact SKU, condition or included configuration. Conflicting information must be checked before ordering. External links follow the respective websites’ rules.

Terms, review and earlier records

Expressly confirmed transaction conditions govern the matters they cover. General website information does not automatically amend an accepted quotation or order. Policy changes do not retrospectively shorten valid existing rights or exclude mandatory rights under applicable law.

For a correction or review, use the contact channel with the model, quotation, order or case reference and relevant evidence. Follow-up uses the actual records. Personal information is covered by the separate privacy notice.
