Can every SFP28 port on N9K-C93180YC-FX3 use SFP-10G-T-X?

No. Cisco requires a checkerboard placement for this high-power copper module. The immediately adjacent ports to its left, right, above and below must be empty or use passive DAC cables rated at no more than 0.1 W. In NX-OS mode, SFP-10G-T-X also requires the media-type 10g-tx setting.
