Product questions & answers
What do P2C and C2P mean?
P2C moves air from the power side toward the connectors. C2P moves air from the connectors toward the power side. Select the direction specified for the exact switch configuration.
Can I select a replacement by appearance or wattage alone?
Use the manufacturer replacement-parts table for the complete switch model and order code. Matching dimensions, connector shape or PSU wattage alone does not establish compatibility.
Are parts shared across every switch in the same series?
No blanket compatibility is documented. For example, the SN5000 table lists separate fans and rails for SN5610, while several SN5400/SN5600 parts share one row. Follow each row’s supported-systems scope.
Where should I check the replacement procedure?
Use the hardware manual for the exact chassis and component. Treat the replacement-parts list as ordering guidance; it does not replace the installation, airflow and safety instructions.
