Description

MFP7E20-N003 is the 3 m multimode 1:2 splitter crossover assembly. It routes one four-channel MPO/APC connection to two separate two-channel MPO/APC branches.

Record both splitter branches

Make separate link-schedule rows for branch A and branch B while retaining the shared parent port. Confirm each endpoint supports the required lane grouping. The assembly routes optical channels; it does not convert an optical signal format or make differently modulated modules interoperate.

Distinguish E20 from the straight crossover family

MFP7E10-N003 is a different, straight crossover topology. Choose the topology from the actual port mapping, not the shared 3 m length. Check connector faces and polarity; an APC end must not be directly mated to a UPC interface.
